They must juggle up a lot of to-do things but finally end up in vain with incomplete tasks which finally lead to stress which affects both physical and mental well-being. Women encounter lots of stress to bring work-life balance than do their men counterparts.

Short-term stress will make us complete tasks that require immediate attention. But long-term stress will lead to serious health issues especially with women such as back pain, headaches, skin and digestive issues, and mental health issues including forgetfulness, depression, or anxiety problems. Since most women play a significant role in the family their stressfulness will affect the welfare of their partner and children. Simple lifestyle changes by including regular breathing exercises, meditation, nature walks, and a maintaining good sleeping hour will always help. Plan the day by giving room for leisure activities. Each person has their own productive time of the day. Utilize that time by doing important tasks and leave other fewer priority tasks on other parts of the day. Being women, hormonal changes in the menstrual cycle will certainly affect our decisions and work nature. Next time plan your work according to your cycle which will make wonders in your life.

Speaking your issue with a caretaker or any therapists will always help. Check for any volunteering role in your community or any leisure activities of your preference to keep you engaged on your free days.
